Megen Cowett is an Assistant Manager of Strategic Analytics at UChicago Impact. Cowett provides strategic support to schools in their implementation of the STEP Data Management System (DMS). She works closely with literacy experts in identifying service development needs, and with outside vendors in creating these new tools and technologies.
Cowett has worked with the STEP Literacy Assessment system for over five years, primarily where product development was concerned. She has provided trainings on using the STEP DMS to dozens of schools and STEP trainers.
Cowett holds a BA in English Language and Literature from The University of Chicago and has completed additional graduate-level coursework in Statistics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
