Anne Frazier is Manager of College Success with UChicago Impact. Frazier provides support to the Success Project team in the implementation of the program across ten CPS neighborhood schools, and also supports the expansion efforts of the 6to16 system.
Prior to becoming Manager of College Success, Frazier served as a Success Project Coordinator, providing direct instruction and coaching support, technical assistance, and progress monitoring to a high-need neighborhood middle school in Chicago. Prior to joining UEI, Frazier worked as an English Language Arts instructor at Johnson College Prep, a Noble Network Charter High School. She is a Teach for America alum, and holds a BA from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Dominican University in Chicago, Illinois.
